We leverage our contacts and subject matter experts to connect clients and customers around the world.
We started off strong, and then the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world with vengeance. Despite the economic impact globally, LIONBERGER has continued to grow and evolve. We have added new clients, become shareholders in a few businesses, launched a new venture, and diversified our offerings based on customer needs.

Lauren Lionberger was destined to be an entrepreneur in the Energy and Marine Industries. Her family roots are from Louisiana and Alabama. Raised in Houston, TX, Mrs. Lionberger grew up in the offshore industry. Her stepfather, Bill Cash, opened the Saipem office in Houston, TX and started Cash International Services, which represented companies such as Versabar and Cashman. Also in the family and based in New Orleans, L.F. Gaubert & Company was a 60+ year old marine cable business built by her late grandfather, Lloyd F. Gaubert.
After graduating from Baylor University, she began her career in 2008 working on deepwater projects with oil majors such as BP, Chevron, and Shell with an upstream pipe measurement service company. Projects included BP Galapagos, Shell Cardamom, Chevron Jack & St. Malo, and Big Foot among others. She managed the North American office in Houston and built a pipeline of business during one of the hardest industry downturns in 2010.
In 2011, Mrs. Lionberger joined Chevron in the Downstream and Chemicals Lubricants business unit where she won several awards for growing the inland marine and offshore product lines. To expand upon her experience, the management team moved her into the distribution channel. She worked with some of Chevron's largest distribution partners in Texas, where she coached executive teams on building out their businesses. These companies specialized in oil and gas, automotive, and the construction industries.
In 2016, she was recruited to RSC Bio Solutions, a cutting-edge biolubricants company. She grew the company internationally by securing major global distribution deals and traveled extensively to train their executives and sales teams.
She founded LIONBERGER in 2020. Our mission is to achieve untapped potential with companies and individuals. We introduce new technologies to the industry, coach sales teams, and advise businesses on sales and go-to-market strategies.
